Today is Thanksgiving Day, and it is the one day of the year that most people give thanks for all the things they have. For me, I give thanks everyday for the friends I have made working here on the internet. We all get together at least once a day in one conference room or another. We talk about projects we are working on and helping each other with whatever it is each of us are doing. We talk about Website design, marketing and how to promote whatever it is we have on hand.

The last few years has tought me that having good friends is more important than having tons of money. This post is for all of you that I network with.

There are many ways of generating an income online. Here we will dive into just a few of the many ways. Generating an income on the internet, while many will lead you to believe that it is easy. My friend I am here to tell you the word easy, will never be a part of this article.

If you want to become wealthy overnight, with little or no work, like some lead you to believe can be done. It ain’t going to happen.(legally). Unless you win a big lottery or rob a bank. Which in both cases come with unwanted results.

1. If you were to win a big lottery, you will have friends and relatives you didn’t know you had and every charity on God’s green earth will be knocking at your door.
2. If you were to rob a bank, you might, and probably would find yourself in a place where you couldn’t spend it anyway. (JAIL) so I would advise against this option.

If you do not have a web site and want to get started right away, then affiliate marketing will be a good place to start. Becoming an affiliate gives you the ability to earn money from others hard work. They give you the means to sell their products or services and be rewarded by sharing their profits.

Becoming an affiliate is a very simple thing to do. You find a product or a program that you are interested in, and join. You will be given an affiliate link to promote and when someone buys or joins their program, you get paid. This is when your work pays off !

Do some research and find product or service you know something about and expand on it with your knowledge of the product or service. You will be able to write articles and ads about this product or service and get traffic to your particular niche. Create products or service in this niche to sell under your own name. You want to do this because no matter what you are trying to accomplish on the internet, you want to make your business YOU.

I can not stress this enough. “YOU” are your business. When people see your name or picture, you want them to say I know this person. This person has very useful information and products that I need, a good person to do business with, and a person of integrity. Remember your name is the most important thing you own, so don’t blow it.

A good name is worth more than all the money in the world. You can not buy a good name, you have to earn it. “NEVER” look at a customer as a $ sign. If someone does business with you and are not 100% satisfied with anything they might purchase from you. Give them their money back with no questions asked.

Well I guess this will be a good starting point for my view of Affiliate Marketing. There is way too much information on this subject to put into one post. I will be posting lots of information on this subject in future posts, hopefully daily so you will be able to follow along. It is the privilege of man to achieve all round greatness, and in reality success should be one’s habit. Man is essentially perfect, and therefore infinite are the possibilities that lie dormant in him.

To bring out the best of who you are, will take a life of being organized and perfectly disciplined for the discovery of the potentialities that lie hidden within you, Then this will be a life well spent.

It’s not how many talents each on of us has, but the importance should be focused on how much of our existing talents, attributes and capabilities are we prepared to develop, exploit, explore and implement in our daily lives.

Everyone is born with a talent or two that can be developed. What you should ask yourself, is whether you are making an honest effort to take what God has given you and hone to perfection the talents you possess. The one fundamental principal is to understand that all your success entirely depends upon you and how hard you work to develope your talents.

The best way to become successful is to do the things that you naturally love and enjoy doing – something that you are absolutely passionate about! Likewise the best way to succeed and become wealthy is to see to it that you achieve the things you have earnestly desired to seek in life. This will require that you implement your efforts in to activities that will allow you to measure success.

Your thoughts and how you then take action is the deciding factor in which you will discover the goal to success. These two attributes are important together with a set of consistent principles, which you follow through. What you think based on reason is a trigger to start any reaction, and once you begin, you soon realize that the simple virtue of courage is needed for each individual to navigate the difficult path ahead.

Obstacles are natural, and they are a means to the source of acquiring wealth, as I am sure you will agree. You will have to religiously practice the three P’s,(Persistence, patience and perseverance). Acquiring wealth has many humps and bumps along the way, but if it was easy everyone would be wealthy. These are the three P’s that must be practiced.

Now I need to point out the P’s that should not be practiced.
Do not procrastinate
Do not pretend that you know it all and finally
Do not prolong your ‘venture(s)’.

Be prepared to adapt and overcome the stumbling blocks that may confront you, but pursue your goal and allow your potential to remove any of these stumbling blocks.

It is most important to remain level headed, despite all of the ‘ups and downs’ that are sure to come. Remember life is dualistic by nature – the obverse and the reverse sides of the same coin to put it simply. I am compelled to add that though we know that the past is the cause and the present is the effect, it is self evident that with time the present itself becomes the cause with reference to the future.

There is a very deep meaning em broiled in this syntax, and if you can relate this to success, then it can be said that if we intelligently live in the scientific self-discipline, we can become the architects of our own future.

One of the most difficult points to reconcile in life is the paradox that suffering exists in this world. Suffering is eminent.

Of course, what is equally important is realizing that the acquisition and possession of wealth is not a ruler that measures one’s happiness. If joy truly were to be found in materials, then all those who experience the ‘thrill’ of it by coming into contact with the object would observe the same measure of joy.

In life, men are continuously motivated by two inevitable impulses of repulsion – from sorrow and craving to seeking joy and absolute fulfillment. In the quest to embrace all happiness, he is compelled to run after the enjoyable and agreeable, while confronting the opposites, he avoids undesirable objects and disagreeable environments.

The fact is this: throughout history, all achievers conscious or subconsciously have used five principles, which are common to absolute progress in all aspects of life.
